Terms and conditions

Payment details are required with registration. Payment is accepted by debit/credit card/cheque. Registrations will only be confirmed if space is available and when all payments have been received and processed.

Cancellation policy: Substitutions are welcome at any time. The organiser reserves the right to levy the following charges in the event of cancellation: more than 6 weeks prior to the event 25% of the fee; between 2 and 6 weeks prior to the event 50% of the fee; and less than 2 weeks prior to the event 100% of the fee.
